Shop policies

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into with MB Vervidus By ordering from vervidus.com you accept the Vervidus terms and conditions.

Vervidus is entitled to refuse an order, but also to attach special conditions to the order. If Vervidus is unable to determine your home address your order will not be accepted. The agreement takes effect the moment that Vervidus confirms your order by email.

Import and custom expenses

The import and custom expenses will be calculated the moment that the order enters the country of destination. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the package. MB Vervidus has no control over these costs and cannot indicate how high these costs will be beforehand, since they vary by country.

If you are in doubt contact your local customs office prior to ordering so that there are no surprises when your package is delivered.

Delivery

Vervidus dispatches accepted orders as soon as possible, but the purchase takes time to implement “made to order” goods. Order processing time takes 1-5 business days after payment has been received, if all articles are in stock. If a delivery cannot be carried out, or not in time (for example because the ordered articles are not in stock), you will be informed of this within 1-3 business days after your order. MB Vervidus is not liable for damages resulting from exceeding the announced delivery times.

You should check the articles for possible damages before using and/or washing them. It may be that an article shrinks up to 4% (table linens from 100% natural flax), but they will still be able to be used for their intended purpose. If an article does not fit because we delivered the wrong size, see the section Refund and Returns Policy.

Not home upon delivery

If your order has been presented twice by courier and then was not collected at the post office/depot, it will be returned to Vervidus. If courier has to present the package again, there will be extra costs involved. These costs will be charged to the recipient. As soon as the payment for this has been received, the order will be presented for the third time. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the total amount (excluding the shipping costs) will be returned to you.

Rejected order

If your order is rejected at the provided delivery address, the order will be returned to MB Vervidus. We can send your order again, but you will be charged delivery costs for this. If you decide to no longer receive your order, the total amount (excluding the shipping costs) will be returned to you.

Delivery of delayed articles

Sometimes an article is not in stock. Because of this your order will be sent only once the article is in stock. We will inform you of this by email. When ordering multiple articles it may be that only one part of the order is in stock. In that case we may send multiple shipments of your order. Off course, MB Vervidus will bear any additional shipping costs.

Transport damage to your package

If you notice transport damage to your package before opening, contact Vervidus right away at info@vervidus.com. If you notice the damage only after you have opened the packages, contact us, we will try to help, but can not guarantee. If you contact us about the damaged articles only next day or more, we will unfortunately not be able to replace the damaged articles free of charge.
