The Online Business Fix Plan is a 22-page guide for Etsy sellers who get views but not sales. It is not an SEO course and not a shop setup walkthrough. It is a short read that helps you pick one thing to fix and act on this week, instead of changing five things at once and never knowing which one mattered. Built for sellers doing a few sales a month around a full-time job, by someone with 11 years in e-commerce. Instant PDF download, plus a free 5-minute check that tells you where your real problem is.
You are not doing too little. You are doing too much.
You changed the photos. You rewrote the title. You lowered the price, then raised it again. You read three more guides and changed the tags.
Nothing moved.
So you changed something else.
Here is what nobody says out loud: you are not stuck because you know too little. You are stuck because you are fixing four things at once, and none of them was ever tested on its own. When nothing changes, you cannot tell which change failed. So you go looking for a fifth thing.
A seller wrote this in a forum a few months ago, about her own shop:
“Is it my pictures? Are my prices too high (or too low)? Could my descriptions be too vague? I am at a loss right now”
Four guesses in one sentence. No way to choose between them. That is the actual problem, and no amount of new information solves it.
Why does this cost less than a coffee?
Because this is not where I make my money.
This guide has one job: get you to do one thing this week instead of next year. If that works, you will want the tool that fixes whatever you find. That is what I actually sell. So the guide is priced to be an easy yes, not to be the business.
There is a second reason, and it is less comfortable.
Almost every guide for Etsy sellers is written for one of two people. Someone who has not opened a shop yet. Or someone already making ten thousand a month. Nobody writes for a few sales a month around a job — which is the exact stage where people quit. It is also the cheapest stage to fix, and it is where I decided to put my work.
I would rather you spend two dollars finding out whether my way of thinking is useful than take my word for it.
What have the last three months actually cost you?
Count the hours you put into your shop in the last three months. Evenings after work. Weekends. Listings made, changed, and made again.
Now count what changed.
If the answer is “not much,” the problem is not that you need more hours. The hours went somewhere. They went into the wrong thing, and nothing told you which thing was wrong.
Another three months of the same costs you another sixty evenings.
This is twenty minutes of reading and one decision.
The part that has nothing to do with your shop
There is a reason you already know what to do and have not done it.
You have probably said a version of this to yourself:
“That is what I ultimately want to do; I just haven’t taken any of the steps. Maybe after the holidays.”
That is not laziness, and it is not a knowledge gap. It is what happens when a decision has no deadline, no signal, and no cost attached to putting it off. Nothing bad happens when you wait, so you wait — and then it is November again.
Most of this guide is about that. Not what to fix. Why you haven’t fixed it, and what to change so you actually do this time.
I am not going to explain the method on a sales page. You would read it, agree with it, and change nothing — which is exactly the pattern the guide exists to break.
What you get (instant download)
- The Online Business Fix Plan (PDF, 22 pages) — written to be read once in about twenty minutes, not studied. Print it or read it on any device.
- A one-page sheet at the back where you write down the single thing you are going to fix, when you will do it, and what it costs you if you do not. It is a page, not a system. That is the point.
- Four worked examples using real Etsy situations, so you don’t have to translate general business advice into your own shop yourself.
- Free bonus: the 5-minute Bottleneck Diagnostic — check whether traffic, offer, platform, or market is what is actually stopping your sales before you change anything. At the end, it hands you the one tool that fixes what it found.
No software needed. No account with me. No subscription. Nothing to install.
What this is not
It is not an SEO or keyword guide. You have read those.
It is not a shop setup walkthrough. Your shop is already open.
It is not a list of product ideas.
And there is no income promise here, because nobody can honestly make one. I cannot promise you sales. I can promise you will finish this knowing the single thing to change, and when you’ll do it.
The simple promise
Most guarantees are noise.
If this doesn’t help you figure out what to fix, tell me, and I will refund you. No form to fill in. No proof required. No questions about your sales.
At this price, I would rather you got your money back and thought well of me than kept two dollars and did not.
Once you know which thing to fix
This guide gets you to the decision. What it does not do is the fixing.
If what is stopping you turns out to be timing — listings going live too late to rank before the season — that is what I built the Etsy Marketing Calendar for. If buyers are finding you and leaving, the Etsy Shop Audit Checklist walks through the 35 things that make a shop look untrustworthy to a stranger.
Take the free check first. It will tell you which one you need, and it will tell you honestly if the answer is neither.
Who this is for
Sellers who already have listings up and some sales coming in. A few a month, a full-time job, a shop that will not move past where it is.
You are aiming at something real — $1,000 to $3,000 a month, consistently — and every guide you open is written for someone who has never listed anything, or for someone already making thirty thousand a month. Neither of them is you.
It is not for people who have not published yet. If nothing is live in your shop, there is no data to read, and this is the wrong tool. Start with the Etsy Shop Audit Checklist instead.
It is also not for you if you want someone to tell you it is not your fault. This one is direct.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my Etsy listing not converting?
A listing that gets views but no sales usually has a problem after the click, not before it. Your keywords are working — people are finding you. Something on the page is stopping them, usually trust, an unclear offer, or photos that don’t answer the buyer’s question. The fix is to find which one it is, not to change all three at once and hope.
What does it mean when I get Etsy views but no sales?
It means your traffic is fine, but your conversion isn’t. That is good news, because getting found is the harder half. If nobody adds to cart, the problem is usually the offer, the price, or how much people trust your shop. If people add to cart and then stop, look at the total cost at checkout.
Should I lower my price if my listing is not selling?
Usually no. A low price can make a product look lower in quality, and it takes away your room to move later. Price is the last thing to change, not the first. Check whether buyers trust your shop before you touch it.
Is this an SEO guide?
No. It does not cover keywords, tags, or titles. It is about deciding what to fix and actually doing it. If your problem is that nobody finds your listings at all, take the free Bottleneck Diagnostic first—it will tell you whether traffic is your real bottleneck and point you somewhere more useful.
Do I need any special software?
No. It is a PDF that opens in any browser or reader. No installation, no subscription, and no account with me.
How long does it take to read?
About twenty minutes. It is 22 pages and written to be read once, in one sitting, after work.
Is this for beginners?
No. It assumes you already have a live shop and some real data to read. If you have not published anything yet, this is the wrong starting point.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. This is a digital download. You’ll get the file immediately after payment, and nothing will arrive in the post.
I bought this on Etsy — is this the same product?
Yes, it is the same guide. Buy it wherever it is easiest for you.
Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Yes. If it doesn’t help you figure out what to fix, tell me, and I will refund you. And if something simply does not work, message me first — I would much rather fix it for you than read about it later.
