If your Etsy listing is not showing in search, it is almost never one broken thing. It is four small ones adding up: the words you picked, the title you wrote, the description under it, and something in the listing itself that makes shoppers scroll past. Get Found on Etsy covers all four in one sitting. You get a seven-step search guide, a four-slot title formula with a builder spreadsheet, a description template, and 21 diagnostic cards. Everything downloads the moment you pay. Built for sellers who already have listings up and cannot work out why nobody is seeing them.
You listed it. And then nothing.
You wrote the listing. You uploaded the photos. You pressed publish, and you refreshed the stats page more times than you want to admit.
Nothing.
So you changed the tags. Then you changed the photos. Then somebody in a Facebook group told you to renew the listing, and somebody else told you renewing does nothing, and you did it anyway because it was the only lever you could reach.
You are not lazy, and you are not bad at this. You are guessing. And guessing costs you the one thing you do not have — the few free hours you get after the day job.
Etsy is not hiding your listing. It has nothing to match it to.
This is the part that changes how you see the whole problem.
Etsy does not decide whether your listing is good. It decides whether your listing matches what somebody just typed. If the words a shopper types are not in your listing, there is no match to make, and no amount of renewing or fresh photos creates one.
Most sellers write their listing in their own words — the words they would use to describe the thing they made. Shoppers use different words. Sometimes completely different words.
That gap is the whole problem, and it is fixable in an evening.
Four small things, not one big one
There is no single switch. There are four, and they work in order.
The words. What shoppers actually type, which is rarely what you would guess.
The title. You get 140 characters, and the first few carry almost all the weight. Nearly everyone wastes them on their shop name or a mood word.
The description. It is not decoration. It is where you answer the questions that stop somebody buying, in an order that keeps them reading.
The listing itself. Even a listing that shows up loses the sale in the two seconds before a shopper scrolls past.
Fix one, and you might move a little. Fix all four on the same listing, and you have a listing that has a reason to appear and a reason to be chosen.
What you get (instant download)
The search guide. Seven steps, one task each, so you work on one thing at a time instead of ten. 33-page PDF.
The title formula. Four slots. You fill them in, and the title writes itself, inside the 140 characters Etsy gives you. 23-page PDF, plus a title builder spreadsheet that does the counting for you.
The description template. A nine-part structure that tells you what goes in each part and in what order, so you are never staring at an empty box wondering how to start. 46-page PDF.
The 21 diagnostic cards. You hold them against your finished listing, and they show you what a shopper sees in the two seconds before deciding. This is the check that catches what you stopped noticing months ago.
Two free bonuses.
The bottleneck quiz. About five minutes, and it tells you which of four things is actually holding your business back before you spend an evening on the wrong one.
The Etsy SEO Checklist. A separate free download you keep, whatever you do next.
Everything downloads the moment you pay, and the links are also emailed to you. Nothing is posted to you.
Why does this cost $5 and not $50?
Because these four already sell on their own for $2 each, and putting them in one place costs me nothing.
I would rather you fixed your listings than admired my pricing. $5 is low enough that you do not have to think about it for three days first, which is exactly the point — the three days of thinking cost you more than the file does.
I have sold online for 11 years, and on Etsy for 7. Everything I sell, I built for my own shop first.
The One Listing Promise
Take your worst-performing listing. Run all four files on that one listing — the words, the title, the description, then the cards. Do not do your whole shop. One listing.
If that listing is not clearly better than it was, send it to me. I will go through it myself and send you back, in writing, what I would change and why, at no extra cost.
This is not a course
It is not a course, not a video, and not a webinar. You already have too much to learn — that is half the problem.
It is not a list of forty things to change. It is four files used in one order on one listing, and you do not start the next one until that one is done.
It is not general Etsy advice. Every part of it lands on a specific field in a specific listing that you can open right now.
Who this is for
You already have listings up. They are not being seen, or they get seen, and nothing happens. You run the shop around a job, in the hours you have left.
You are not chasing $50 more a month. You want this to become real money. What stops you is not ambition — it is not knowing which of the ten things you have been told to do is the one that matters this week.
This is not for you if you have not opened a shop yet, if you want somebody to write your listings for you, or if you are hoping for a trick that does not involve opening your own listing and changing it.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my Etsy listing not showing in search?
Because Etsy has not been given enough to match it to. Your listing appears for the words inside it, and most listings are built on words the seller likes rather than words shoppers type. That gap is the first thing the search guide closes. Renewing the listing, changing the photos, and adding more tags do not close it.
My listing is brand new. Should I wait before changing anything?
Give a new listing a few weeks before you judge how it is doing. But there is no reason to wait before writing a better title and description. Waiting on a weak listing only buys you a slower answer.
How many characters can an Etsy title be?
Almost nobody uses them well, because the opening words carry most of the weight and the rest is usually spent on things no shopper searches for. The four-slot formula is built around that.
How do I write an Etsy title that gets found?
Start with the words a shopper would type — not your product name, not your shop name, not an adjective. The title formula gives you four slots and tells you what belongs in each one, and the builder spreadsheet counts the characters so you do not have to.
How do I write an Etsy description?
In parts, in order, rather than as one block, you write from the top down. The template breaks it into nine parts and tells you what each part has to do, so the blank box stops being a blank box.
Do I have to redo my whole shop?
No, and please do not. Do one listing properly. It takes an evening. The listings after that take a fraction of the time because you are no longer deciding what to do, only doing it.
My listing shows up in search, but nobody buys. Is this the right bundle?
Partly. The 21 cards cover what loses the sale after the click. But if your views are healthy and your sales are not, the problem is usually trust across your whole shop, and the Found and Trusted bundle is the better fit.
How is this different from the Found and Trusted bundle?
This one works on your listings. That one works on your shop. If nobody is finding you, start here. If people find you and leave, start there. They share one file: the Etsy SEO Checklist.
Do I need all four, or can I buy one?
You can buy any of them separately for $2. Together they are $5, and they are built to be used in order — words, then title, then description, then a final check.
What software do I need?
A web browser, a free PDF reader, and either Excel or a free Google Sheets account for the title builder. Nothing to install, no account, nothing that expires.
How long does it take?
About an evening for your first listing if you sit down with your shop open. You do not have to do it in one sitting.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. Nothing is posted. Every file downloads straight away after you pay, and the links are also emailed to you.
Can I share it with a friend?
No. It is for you and your own shop. You are welcome to send them here.
Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Because the files download immediately, they cannot be returned. That is why the One Listing Promise exists instead— it is worth more than $5 back, and it needs you to actually use the thing.
